I can’t recommend this auto repair shop enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was honest, professional, and stress-free. They took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, and the quality of the work was outstanding. A special thank you to Shawn, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made sure I felt confident about the repairs being done. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop you can truly trust. Fair pricing, excellent customer service, and top-notch workmanship. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommend this shop, and if you get the chance to work with Shawn, you’re in great hands!

I had my brakes serviced at Mavis. They failed to put in the caliper pin and ended up causing me a brake issue. Shawn took care of the problem and the price I couldn’t argue over. This is place you want to be for your repairs. RELIABLE service at its BEST!!

I had such a great experience with Repairs On Wheels. I dealt with Shawn, who was incredibly kind and patient while I explained my situation. I had a flat tire the evening before a trip, and a local mechanic told me the tire was fine but my rim was bent. It was Saturday night, most places were closed, and a blizzard was on the way. I even came from a different borough feeling completely stressed and helpless. Shawn and his team took care of me on Sunday and had my rim straightened and my car ready to go just before the storm hit. I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!
